Redevelop a 60's utilitarian build family sized apartment into a refined home for two.
WHAT WE DID
A significantly updated floorplan was introduced with minimal construction work and a strong contrasted color scheme.
RESULT
The new layout establishes clearer spatial hierarchy and flow, balancing openness with intimacy. Distinct rooms and functions are defined through a calibrated color palette that subtly delineates zones without physical separation. A clean, architectural aesthetic underscores the design, with bolder dimensions and proportions bringing strength and clarity to the space.
