BRIEF
Utilize the opportunity of adding m2 to revisit the multi story floor plan, taking into account the ever expanding art collection.
WHAT WE DID
The added m2 were optimized balancing enlarged living quarters, redirection of internal traffic, increasing storage and an added bathroom.
RESULT
A home that emphasizes the owners' penchant for collecting a wide range of arts on a color palette that retains a powerful presence without interference of it serving as a backdrop. Combined with uncomplicated form factors and textures, spaces are layered and appealing while remaining organized and collected. Often entertaining and hosting, the en-suite added to the main bedroom allows for increased privacy for both owners and guests.
