We creëren samenhangende materiaalpaletten en ontwerpen op maat gemaakte elementen in samenwerking met vertrouwde partners en bekwame vakmensen.
Meubels, decoratie en styling worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd, waarbij bestaande stukken worden gecombineerd met oplossingen op maat om interieurs te creëren die persoonlijk, gelaagd en tijdloos aanvoelen.
Afhankelijk van de omvang van elk project, begeleiden we elke fase van concept tot voltooiing en coördineren we met aannemers en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat de ontwerpvisie tot in detail wordt gerealiseerd.
EXPLORATION
We draw up an initial project scope review as we first start becoming acquainted with our client. We guide an exploration of what is important from the client's personal and aesthetic perspectives and where these intersect with ours. We deliver a concept proposal including:
- Initial conceptual floor plan
- Initial visualizations
- Initial quote for services and project execution
- General terms and conditions
DESIGN
We continue building our plan to a comprehensive scale, so that all parties are in full understanding and agreement on the complete desired end result. This will now include
- Detailed floor plans & spatial layouts
- Lighting concepts
- Materials and finishes
- Kitchen and bathroom fittings and finishes
- Furniture and styling
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
Together with trusted partners, we ensure that coding and safety requirements as well as environmental goals will be met and able to present these to constructors, builders, suppliers and any other third parties for full clarity and insights;
- Technical drawings
- Final material specifications
- Drawings for custom furniture and carpentry
- Documentation for contractors and craftsmen
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once execution commences and based on all plans and designs, this entails our atelier managing
- Coordination with contractors and trusted partners
- Planning and quality control
- Site visits
- Design decisions during implementation
STYLING AND INSTALLATION
Now that execution is completed and to ensure that our client will be fully immersed in the experience of their new home, the atelier manages these final steps in delivery:
- Procurement and installation
- Final finishing and handover on site
