Transform a family sized apartment into a home for two.
WHAT WE DID
Utilizing the opportunities of revisiting the original floorplan during construction of this new development, spaces were resized and relocated to transform a straight forward floorplan into a unique unit with a strongly metropolitan expression.
RESULT
A welcoming home where every detail has been considered and weighed against daily practicalities and aesthetics, the apartment is generous where it can be and practical where it must. A harmonious palette of colors and textures create depth an richness while retaining a sense of calm and belonging.
