BRIEF
Overhaul the architect floorplan for this new development, incorporating a variety of client's requirements.
WHAT WE DID
Significant reconfiguration of each floor allowed to facilitate the expansive specs. Colors, finishes and furnishings were combined and coordinated to fortify the owner's identifiable aesthetics.
RESULT
From the ground floor studio style kitchen able to host workshops, across the living room level with open pantry, the boutique hotel inspired bedroom and study level up to the final office space, strong and consistent use of color and texture are applied. Layered with pieces reflecting both owners' heritage, curated by the Atelier.
STATUS
Expected completion Q1 2026
