BRIEF

Recreating an authentic experience in a 70's build semi-bungalow, including a semi-professional kitchen and live-in studio.

WHAT WE DID

Complete overhaul of original floorplan, allocating a generous amount of floor space to the kitchen, with open plan spaces that are anchored by traffic flow and design elements. 

RESULT

An efficient, spacious and coherent home that while fully renewed, feels genuine and fully underscores the multi talented owners. With the kitchen taking main stage at the heart of the home, adjoining spaces in the open plan integrate seamlessly into the period-based design. The staircase is one of the items that depicts the flow of traffic that subsequently delineates each area. The top floor offers generous proportions for the main bedroom, walk through wardrobe and en-suite bath where design elements are consistently continued.
